Click on Legal search
On the right you will view the Miscellaneous Searches.
1. Bench Search
2. Digest Search
3. Search by Case Number
Searching for Case Laws by Selecting Bench
Search for judgments based on whether it was pronounced by single bench or division bench or the full bench.1. Select the Bench from the drop-down Menu
2. Select the Subject from the drop-down Menu
3. Select the Court name from the drop-down Menu
4. Type the name of the Judge in the Judge Field (Optional, if you are looking for judgments by a specific judge)
5. Click search
1. You can select Act from the options given
2. Type the initial three characters of the act you wish to look for
3. Select act from the drop-down menu
4. Select the statutory provision under which you wish to view case laws
5. Select Database
6. Click search
